A collection of tips to help with troubleshooting of Quantify installations on Jira Server.
Plugin is not configured
This warning signals that there is an issue with the initial plugin set up.
Check plugin data storage
As admin, navigate to Administration --> System --> Plugin Data Storage and look for Quantify. There must be more than zero items.
Enable plugin logging
As admin, navigate to Administration --> System --> Logging and profiling and configure logging for Quantify plugin.
Now you will be able to download logs in Troubleshooting and support tools section. Debug information will help identify the problem.
Make sure Jira application logs are included.
